Reporting to the “Sales Team Leader”
1. Greet custmers in a very professional way.
2. Conduct brief presentation on the company, businesses and products.
3. Talk to customers, find out what they are looking for by asking open ended questions.
4. Propose a particular product according to the customer’s needs.
5. Highlight and demonstrate specific penefits by stressing on related features of the product.
6. Arrange site visits .
7. Negotiate sales deals.
8. Explain finance options and special offers.
9. Processing orders.
10. Perform after sales service to facilitate everything for the client, and assure total satisfaction.
-Real estate development experience is a MUST.
1-2 Years of experience.
-Excellent English language skills.
